WHO FILMS MY WEDDING?
I do! Along with my assistant cinematographer Darryl and one of my production assistants, David or Kristen. We are not a wedding videography company that hires random freelancers to fulfill the work. Me and my team will be a part of the process, working with you one-on-one from start to finish.
HOW IS OUR FINAL FILM(S) DELIVERED?
Delivery will be by MediaZilla. Your films will be hosted on a free online account and will be accessible via computer, phone, tablet, apple tv, fire tv and wherever else you watch content. You can even download your film and add them to your iTunes library, order DVDs & Blu Ray's and share with anyone, anytime, forever.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Sure do (especially to nice warm places)! Travel is included at no additional cost for most coverage throughout the contiguous United States, Mexico & the Caribbean. On the occasions where certain destinations require that we do have to add travel fees, they are very minimal.
DO YOU OFFER AERIAL DRONE COVERAGE?
Yup! All wedding coverage and film packages include aerial drone coverage at no extra cost. Location, weather, venue and other restrictions may apply.
HOW DO YOU WORK WITH PHOTOGRAPHERS?
Some of our best relationships in the industry are with Photographers and we love them a lot! After all, we're both there for you and when we work together, creatively, the end result is always stunning.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
The first step is to set up a consultation so we can learn more about you as a couple, your wedding day and walk you through our coverage and film collections. Once you get your proposal you can complete the booking process online. You can accept the quote and payment terms, sign the contract via e-signature and pay your deposit all online from your client account.
CAN WE PICK OUR OWN MUSIC?
It is preferred that music selection be left up to us. Part of what makes our films stand out is our storytelling style that highlights the uniqueness of your wedding day and music plays a very important role in the style, feel & flow of your film. Of course if there is a song that you want included in your film just let us know and we will see what we can do. Premium, mainstream music selections can be added to any package for an additional cost.
HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide full day coverage with no hourly restrictions on the day of your wedding. This allows us to capture every moment of your wedding day and create the most detailed film(s) possible. Multi-day weddings and pre-wedding sessions do require an additional cost based on coverage hours on the additional day(s).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FILM(S)?
Due to the time and attention to detail we give each film, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we typically have your films delivered within 120 days.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU FILM?
It is important to me that each wedding we film get the time and attention to detail that they deserve, therefore I do limit the number of weddings I take on each month and typically no more than 25 weddings per year. If you like my work and are very interested in booking, especially during peak months (September-November), it's strongly recommended that you don't wait to reach out.
WILL YOUR PRICING BE THE SAME A MONTH FROM NOW?
Pricing can vary based on availability and demand, especially during the more popular wedding months (September-November). Once we have our consultation together and you receive your proposal, the price is guaranteed for 10-days. If you wait to set up a consultation or book our services, we can't guarantee that pricing will be the same as when you initially inquired.
HOW DO I KNOW I FOUND THE RIGHT VIDEOGRAPHER TO FILM MY WEDDING?
I'm sure that I'm not the only videographer you're looking at and I may not be the one that you end up with. But when booking your videographer there are a few things to consider. There are a lot of videographers out there that offer different styles and different prices, and simply picking a videographer because they fit your budget (or come with the venue) may not always work out the way you would like in the end.
It's important when selecting the videographer for your wedding that you first find one whose style you fall in love with. Then, you will want to consider experience, their process, their equipment, what others are saying about them and how they are going to personalize the film for you vs simply editing a standard wedding film, You may have to go a little over your budget when you find that perfect videographer who will craft the wedding film you want to have for your wedding.
One of the biggest regrets couples have about their wedding day is not investing in a high quality wedding videographer. Read this article to learn more about about that.
